Gymnastics FAIL! *~*Hopscotch*~* Poses part 2

Ok so I am not going to write much in this one.  I think the pictures speak louder than words.  Any of you who know me, know I am a total klutz.  Hell my av even has a falling dance in her chim because, well thats what I do.  So I knew when I tried out the *~*Hopscotch*~* Gymnastics poses, I would be in for a world of hurt......

Someone write this down...Chelley is doing a handstand!  As an added bonus I have yet to injure myself!

Poses Weeeeeeee! Hopscotch Part 1

So yesterday a fairly new friend of mine Chandni Khondji of *~*Hopscotch*~* asked if anyone would like to preview some of the poses she will be debuting at and right before the Pose Fair.  Well, I have a slight obsession with poses at the moment so I jumped at the chance!  ZOMG she had some of the cutest poses ever!  I wish I could blog them!  The first set I tried was Attitude!

So of course I felt the need to find a very sassy outfit to go with it.  GothiCatz has some incredible outfits that every neko girl needs.  The textures in their leathers are awesome and there are so many little details that every time I wear something from there I find something new to adore.  The skin again is from Tuli.  I have a hard time not wearing it lately as it just has everything I want from a skin.  The boots are Tesla Angelina.  Probably the only boots I am wearing right now.  I just love the little tie laces in the back.  I have them in black and brown and they are smart and smexy and if I could I would marry them.

I just love these two poses because they are spunky and sassy  but prettyful at the same time.  There are so many poses in this set that it was hard to pick just a couple. But alas I was called away from picture taking of my diva self to help someone else out with pictures.    If you havent checked out *~*Hopscotch*~* yet, GO NOW!   She has some of the cutest stuff in her store.  Not just poses! Go check it out!

The next pose set I played with was Catty Hero!  I had so much fun with these.

The sunflower and pretty much all the ground flowers that you will see in this entry are from Oddment.  Helix Constantine is a goddess when it comes to her beautiful flowers.  My favs at the moment are the sunflowers and poppies that you will see in part 2 of this pose post.  They are bright and cheerful and will happy up any sim.

You better watch out!  This kitteh is on the prowl and she has claws!  Rawr!

So today while I was trying to figure out where to take some pictures I came across this sweet place that I am sure you all have seen before but I have not, The Gardens of Absentia.  There are so many prettyful places to take pictures I had a hard time picking just a couple. 

This first outfit is from Paradisis.  I absolutely love the texture in this dress.  The dress is called Streets Girl and comes with many different options for wearing.  I am a bit modest so I chose to wear the bra underneath so that we dont have any accidental nipple showage.  I am not a big jewlery wearer but this cute little scarf thingy with a necklace entagled inside came with the outfit.  I completely adore the detail and the fact that it actually fit my neck without much messing around with it. 

You can see here in the back how the necklace detail continues to the back of the piece.  So often I see things that are really geared towards just being seen from the front.  Well let me just say I didnt work this hard to get my ass just right so that people only see me from the front.  The skin is new from Tuli, called Eva and let me tell you as a make-up addict in rl, I love love love this skin.  There are several make-up options but even the light make-ups look gorgeous.  The hair is a new store for me, although I see it in the feeds constantly.  Fri.day  has some really cute styles, I like this one the most because its semi edgy while being soft at the same time.  I am actually slightly tempted to take one of these pictures to my hair stylist and tell her I want this hair in rl.

A Little About What This Blog Will Be....

Honestly, I am not really sure what this blog will become. For now it is starting as a semi fashion blog. I dont have a regular blog so it may turn into that at some point, although I will try to keep the angst away. Wow I just said blog alot of times in a row. Aaanyways, a little about the clothes that I wear and the things you will see here. In Second Life, I hostess at a cute little club called Lounge of Dreams. I am currently on hiatus due to some rl stuff but hope to be back in the swing of things soon. You may wonder what that has to do with fashion, well let me tell you. Here is the thing, I enjoy watching my av dance. Not only do I enjoy dancing, but I enjoy being in the club or other clubs I frequent and hanging out with my friends. The reason this matters is that the clothes that I buy in SL and thusly the clothes that I will usually blog will all be stuff that I can dance in. I absolutely love the look of some of the sculpy clothes, but I will be honest....I dont buy many of them. They are darn near impossible to do anything in except stand there and look pretty, and even then if you move wrong your arm is coming out of a pocket or something. So this being said, if you have something fabulous and sculpty that you would like me to blog send it my way and I will be sure to blog it, but I prolly wouldnt buy it.
Ok this is longer than I originally expected it to be so a few last things before I go start working on my first actual fashion piece. I am not a writer, I think that is obvious from the last little bit I wrote there. I was in dumb English thru high school and was a mom before college. So please dont expect any fantastic writing technique. It just won't happen. I also am not a photoshop or gimp expert. Most of my photos will be straight from sl with possibly just a slight touch up. I try to make them attractive but you will see no fancy stuff here.
Last but not least a little about myself or at least my av. Sometimes I am neko, sometimes not. It really just depends on my mood of the day. I am a horrible skin addict, and obsessed with changing my shape almost weekly. So very rarely will you see me looking exactly the same. I am hoping to start a shape business sometime in the future when my rl calms down. But for now this blog is about all I can handle and even this is frightening me. I hope you enjoy my posts and they help point you in the direction of something you hadnt seen before.
